• Goal: To learn about public library users' experiences with the local library website and discover what they want from it.

- Users are mainly looking for the catalogue (including book availability and reservation system) and useful information about location, opening hours, and facilities.

- Users are particulary keen on knowing the opening hours for public holidays, how busy the place is in real-time, seeing floor plans and photos of facilities, and finding the location of the car park.
