Balancing Security & User Experience in Verification

I talked with users to learn about their ideal number of verification steps, aiming to balance between security and user experience.
I created four wireframes for different verification steps and discussed them with users. Here's what I found:
Users are concerned about sharing ID info due to privacy worries.
They also questioned the need for both mobile and email verification, noting that email accounts can be easily created without verification.
Some users mentioned that option 4, which is 2-step mobile verification upon sign-up and an additional ID check later for certain features like the market, could also work. For now, I've simplified the process to a single-step mobile verification, as it was the most popular choice. However, option 4 remains a possibility in the future, depending on development constraints.
